Healthcare Reform:
1. Authorize a federal permit for insurance companies to sell health insurance across state lines.
2. Give patients the right to sign a waiver for more affordable care in exchange for not suing the doctor for medical malpractice. All patients under a government care system such as medicare cannot claim medical malpractice.
3. No monetary punitive damages may be assessed a doctor, nurse, or hospital in civil court.
4. Create a national medical arbitration council to reduce legal costs and facilitate out of court settlements. Create a Medical board that listens to patient complaint and rates a doctor’s performance.
5. The government must have the ability to purchase any drug patent at any time at a cost of 5 years’ worth of estimate revenues and cover all research and development costs. The Government will then auction the patent to a maximum of 10 other companies that will compete with the original company to produce the drug.
6. Repeal all aspects of Obamacare
