1. Reduce the corporate income tax to a maximum of 20% of a businesses profit (not revenue). If a business doesn’t make a profit then it owes no taxes. Allow a 100% exemption of corporate income tax if a 10% donation (again, based on profits) is donated to State approved private charities. This privatizes the American social safety net and allows for a revival of faith based charity groups such as Churches to provide for the poor and needy. This also introduces competition and the free market system to America’s social safety net. Businesses’ pay no other Federal taxes (like capital gains tax). Sole proprietorship’s would pay no business income taxes at all because the owners will pay taxes when they purchase retail items. This will help to spur job growth bygetting the government out of the way.
2. Abolish all recurring tax on property. Recurring property tax that results in forfeiture of property ……if taxes are not paid….. is basically…… rent you pay to the state for the use of your own property. The Constitution guarantees you the right to own your own property. This is in direct contradiction to our U.S. Constitution and the basic rights of ownership. Local governments could replace this revenue with a tax on property insurance premiums if necessary.
3. Institute a reciprocal tariff system that preserves the free market system while protecting American jobs and families. Repeal all free trade agreements…including NAFTA….….FREE TRADE CAN OCCUR WHEN IMPORTS EQUAL EXPORTS IN DOLLAR VALUE.
4. Abolish forced coercion into all state and federal programs: .i.e. The mandatory participation of businesses into the Ohio Bureau of Workman’s Compensation. States and the government may require coverage but may not force you or a company to participate in any government controlled monopoly. (This includes Social Security and Medicare) Americans must always be allowed a private sector choice.
5. De-fund the EPA and repeal all job killing legislation. The Federal Government needs to return environmental protection back to the States where it belongs. This includes de-funding solar, wind, and global warming research projects.
6. Greatly reduce companies healthcare costs by allowing patients an option to sign a waiver releasing their physician from the threat of malpractice litigation.
7. Quit charging ourselves higher prices. The federal government buys billions of gallons of oil and gas for the National Strategic Reserve and the federal government also charges billions to energy companies for exploration land leases. We charge the energy company huge land lease fees and then wonder why we pay high prices for the fuel they produce…….Let’s do away with this nonsense by reducing land leases to zero and require compensation in the form of 10% of the fuel produced off those lands. This lowers the cost of fuel for the government and the citizen and allows more potential competition in the energy sector because of lower costs to enter into the industry. More competition drives down energy prices.
8. A single national fuel mixture for summer and winter for gasoline and diesel will increase our refineries throughput and drive gasoline and diesel prices down.
9. A 20 year moratorium on taxes for emerging energy sectors that help make America energy independent. This will help to keep close to 1 trillion dollars in America instead of sending those energy dollars overseas. Electricity producing Thorium Molten Salt Reactors, Natural Gas when used as a transportation fuel, and liquid fuels derived from coal when used in the transportation industry.
10. Start phasing out the Department of Education in favor of letting states control their own educational systems. This will allow private industry to play a much more prominent role in properly educating the workforce.
